Item Multiplier Break blocks and Get more items from mining

So i was wondering if the community can help me with this one so i want to create a Item Multiplier Mod like Dream's Item Randomizer but without the Random part in it so i was hoping someone would lead me in the right direction before i try making a mod like that or is that not Possible with MCreator?
