How can I import .mcpack files to my Minecraft?

Hi folks,

I recently made an add-on for the Minecraft bedrock edition and now I want to upload it to https://mcpedl.com. But I haven't tested my add-on and I would test it on my Mac, here's the launcher that I use: https://mcpelauncher.readthedocs.io.

An answer would be really nice.
