How do i modify my mob's Attack Defence based on a variable?

So, i finished the sheets of ideas, and all of the preparations, then when i was creating the procedure i didn't found a block to Modify a mob's Attack and Defence, so i was wondering, am i stupid or there is no way that you can do it with the current block system?
