How to create coldown on a ability adn how to broke item after usiing the ability?

Help i have a sword with an ability, but i want it to have coldown and after x times of uses the sword breakcs.

and you could either make a procedure that counts upwards every time the ability is used until it get to a specific number then remove it or just damage it with the damage item block
