i was trying to make a healing item using this procedure

but these procedures don't seem to exist anymore, I can't find a way to do it (I'm not saying they were removed but they were changed in updates), I don't intend to use effects/potions, any idea?
These blocks still exist. Use procedure search bar to find them.
