How to update 1.16.5 workspace to 1.17/Make 1.17 workspace

Please help me

I tried to make a 1.17 workspace but it always gives me errors.
Same for when I try to update a 1.16.5 workspace to a 1.17 workspace.

Does anyone have this problem too?
Does anyone know how to solve this?
