how to make costume mob attack multiple vanilla mobs

ok, so i made a mod that adds alot more villagers, and i wanted to make a butcher villager that will kill cows, pigs, chickens, and sheep when told.

but i cant get them to attack the mobs, and no i am not making it attack those mobs in its AI, then it will not walk. and only 2 of the mobs it will attack
