I need help on a tardis

I need help with a couple of aspects of my Tardis, firstly I've got the Tardis as a Modded entity from Blockbench (java model) and when i try to make it teleport the player with the procedure block "Switch dimension of Entity/target entity  to: TardisDimension", I'm not sure if this is purely because you cant use entities to teleport you between dimensions or what, thanks to whoever can help.
