Need help with Breath Particles

Hey so like the title says, I want to create a Breath system of some sort. (like when you get into a cold area)
I just got problems with the particles... they always spawn onto the block infront of me (on eye level though).
And they collide with eachother and pushing eachother away.

Basically the snap to the Block Grid and dont float exactly infront of me.
I want to try and copy the Breath effect from Immersive FX
