Structures spawning improperly

some of my structures almost exclusively trees are spawning improperly some of them (not all all of them some) are spawning over water or floating and i really cant tell why i have them set to only spawn on grass and they are set to first motion block. i would also like to make clear that 65% of the trees spawn correctly on ground level.
