Biome Problems

If you have 2 common biomes, or maybe more, suddenly the biomes become rare

If you make a biome too low it starts spawning underwater, also there is no way of putting a biome underwater

Structures that are suppose to be spawning in the biome are spawning in other biomes nearby where it crosses over

The Command locatebiome is a bit wierd with custom biomes.
