Is it possible to modify player-placed "Sculk Catalyst", so that they have the potential to summon the Warden?

I am very new to modding, but I am curious if there is some way to modify the current "Sculk Catalyst", so that it can give rise to a Sculk Shrieker capable of summoning a Warden (when it is placed by a player). Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm pretty new to this.
