Me and my brother are trying to make a mod with superpowers, based on our own custom Power system, Basically like mods similar to but not limited to Mine Mine no Mi
and Ars Magica, though not necessarily that complex. We just want to be able to make mods that are good he said and I quote, "its not updated enough to have the functions that are good." and then showed me this screenshot. 
So my question is, is he right?
