Can you equip an block model? (Or animated custom model)

Hey, though, this in Blockbench, I noticed for a long time there is a display option for blocks/items for when the player is wearing the item on their head. And was wondering if there was any way in MCreator to make an item or animated custom model wearable. Mostly asking because I wish to use an animated texture.

If there is a way, if possible, how can I make it wearable in the chestplate slot?
