Exporting specific mod elements

Is there any way that I can export specifically a tiny number of mod elements? I made a lot of new content that I feel doesn't fit with my mod but could be used as an extra mod pack that you can add to the mod for more content. I already made many of the builds, structures items, and blocks for the new dimension, but I want to try exporting all of the dimension items, without the original items, to a new workspace. any way I can do that without having to export the entire workspace, re-creating it, and delete the non-dimension elements?
