Can't find some procedure blocks for stripping logs

Hey I'm trying to make a stripped log but I can't find these 2 blocks

I seem to be the only one having issues which probably just means I'm blind> it's hard to search for something when you don't know what it's called and what it looks like doesn't give you any help
