1.18.2 dimension generation not working like I want it to - mcreator version: 2022.2 - Forge

So i've been trying to make a dimension where it only has my custom biome (the biome is basically exactly like a plains but looks different and spawns different mobs) but every time i load the dimension it doesn't give me what i want, instead it gives me either mostly ocean or mostly mountains, and it has caves even though i turned thoughs off

I've tried so many things to fix this including some hours of looking things up and still nothing helped/fixed it, so any help/suggestions would really be appreciated
