need help with entity colliding with other entitys

so im trying to make a entity(entity A) that when any other living entity(entity B) touched it, Entity B would get levitation. i have figured out how to make this happen if entity B is a player by useing entity triggers how ever i have no clue on how to do it when entity b is not a player. any help works.
