Minecraft crashes when trying my mod

I'm creating a mod for Minecraft 1.16.5, but when I try it, the game crashes and I don't know why. I also tried exporting the mod to .jar but it still crashes. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what, does anyone know how I could fix it?
