Automatic Block Property and Block States

I've been frustrated about block properties and block states for so long, because they're quite annoying to use sometimes, so I'd like there to be a section with custom block properties and states being automatically written into the block data.

I think this is a good addition because this would allow people not familiar with such code to not have to go to the forum just to find out how to make a block and people already familiar to have it easier.
