How Do You Fix dimension lag?

So I'm making a Bendy And The Ink Machine/Bendy And The Dark Revival mod and for some reason when I go to my dimension for Chapter 1 it won't let me do anything without being delayed(for example since it is only chapter 1 Right Now if I /kill myself it won't let me respawn so the only option is to go to the title screen)

is there any way to fix this?
