How to make a lake of a custom fluid be generated in world creation? [2023.1]

I tried in several ways and I couldn't, when I decided to search on youtube the "generation" tab always appeared together when creating the fluid, but in my version this tab does not exist, how do I activate the generation of custom fluid lakes without this option and still in the world generation?
