Add an explosion power and fire nbt section to the fireball porjectile block

Add an explosion power and fire nbt section to the fireball porjectile block:

The block Fireball of type is very limiting and doesn't offer much in terms of NBT data. Please add some more parts to that block, or even just add a simple block to add them. Otherwise I have to modify the fireball immediately after it is summoned and it can get buggy. Thanks :)
