Slippery Carpet Models

I am trying to make a mod with a flat, slippery block, like a slippery carpet, but I can't figure out how to make the block slippery. I turned the slippery setting up, but that makes the block above the carpet slippery(like if you stack two carpets). Can anyone help, plz?
