Transparents Blocks Not Working

So im trying to make a block transparent.

I am on the latest version 2023.2.

I made the texture in Mcreator. I enabled transparent parts, and I made the texture transparency type Translucent.

I open my world and go into the world and the block is still quite solid.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug. Hope the image loads.
