I want to return my mod to an older version

I just updated MCreator to the newer version (2023.2), my mod was for the 1.18.2 and the software said something about compatibility, my dumbass brain didnt read the mcreator's top text and changed that said it would change the mod's version to the 1.19.2, now im searching a way to bring it back to 1.18.2, because im playing in that version and was made to my private server (wanted to post the mod when its finnished).

I searched in the forum, someone mentioned plugins but didnt found anything about it, tried to changed the version in mod setting on the workspace, but its between 1.19.4 and 1.19.2 :(
