Better Animated Overlays?

I think it would be really good if there were blocks added to allow for animation of overlays, like changing size, transparency, things like that.

Maybe a Size Change block would be as simple as 'Change Overlay Size by' or 'Set Overlay Size to'

Transparency would likely be similar

Maybe there could also be a tint effect, or a way to change other things like contrast, being able to invert the colors of the Overlay, etc.
 

Maybe also a way to transition things like Invert Colors, to allow for fading from normal to inverted colors?
