Mod presentation images bug

Hello, apparently there is a bug on the website, some mods appear with the images of my mod (Smithing Mod), a few days ago it happened with the "Not healthy food" mod and now it happens with the "Dungeons systems" mod; I have no idea why it happens, so I ask here.
