geckolib not loading (MCr : 2023.2)

hello I would like to install the geckolib plugin but impossible to load the plugins
it says: "reason: Java plugins disabled"

my Mcr is in version 2023.2
the plugin is in 4.8.7 normally provided for this version.

You need to enable java plugins in preferences.

I highly recommend reading plugin page for installation guidelines and usage of it
