When I want to create a plugin with spigot generator it sends me an error code, what can I do?

The Potion Effects won't show when trying to add potion effect to an entity when making a procedure

how can i create a wait block?
"block wait is not supported by the selected generator"

When I Try To Run The Gradle It Says "Failed To Run "Git" File not found" Is There Anyway To Fix This? (latest version)

I tried installing this plugin, first up, for me its very laggy (Could just be my pc) and I couldn't find any tutorials online. I tried to figure it out, but whenever I added something with blocks it said "Action not supported by the selected generator" I don't know how to fix this (also a tutorial on how to do anything would be nice)
