Biome Size

Issue description

Every biome that comes from mcreator is massive atleast for me,
then how about we can change the size of the biome, I think some of us would want to creative tiny as well as massive biomes.

Biome size is the same as for other biomes. To support different sizes, one would need to heavily modify existing world gen code and this would render mod incompatible with other mods.

Biome Weight is the biome size, i set a biome to weight to 1 and the biomes are rare and small

Biome Weight should just represent the rarity, not the size, but I might be wrong.

Well for me, Biome Weigth seem to be both Size and Rarity, If i put weigth to 4, I found the biome bug and when i put 1, i found the biome rare and small

I presume weight = size and rarity because a parent biome tries to fill itself with available biomes so to be rarer, it has to be smaller?
