Changing the Color of the UI

Issue description

I know that in 1.8.4 of MCreator, you made the UI better and more options and facilities to use MCreator, But something i don't is that if you added the ability to change the color of the UI of MCreator, not the full screen but like borders or some gray parts

I am not saying that MCreator gray/lime color is not nice but it's just an option if some people don't like it and want their workspace with their favorite color look

Some Basic Colors

Default (gray/lime)
Red
Blue
Yellow
Pink
Orange
Green

You can add more in later updates if you want

Wait, i think i can do that by going into MCreator's folders right?

Added option to select the main accent color of the user interface in the preferences

Btw a question, is this allowed to actualise our Tickets, like just to make them recent in the list? I don't see a rule about this in General Publishing Guideline

You can, but make a edit that makes sense, just bumping is not really allowed and/or desired.

Bumping is sending a comment right?

I mean, look, i actualised my Custom Potion Effects ticket and it got +1 upvote as more people can see it

When i actualise, it's just Edit and Save the Ticket

This would be considered bumping too.
