Issue with a mod that doesn't exist in my workspace

Issue description

There is a issue with one of my mods I created and its not in my workspace but I deleted it where its located and it just appears again when I start it.

Issue comments

I also made it remove problematic mods yet it did nothing, I'm going to try letting it do that for like 1-2 hours.

I've got it to work now I had to delete it in the code menu.

We will fix this bug in 1.9.0.
