Add empty mod element to MCreator

Issue description

The idea of this is to allow people to create their own functions that will be executable in different mod elements.
For example, this might be useful If we want to make additional AI for mobs, Animation Helper methods or different stuff like our own energy system.

Issue comments

We do plan to add a new mod element called "custom code" or something along these lines that will be empty. We have this on our internal TODO and will be added in the future updates :)
