Procedure not loading corectly

So. I already found this in one issue but I cant find out how to repair it. Any idea how to do it?

Sorry for bothering you with this but I tryed many things (like loading old backup, it worked but then it hapened again)

This can happen if the procedure is too large. In this case splitting procedure into smaller parts and using call procedure block is the only viable option at the moment as I was not able to figure out why this is happening yet.
