Issue description
When creating a mob, I indicated everything correctly. In the ordinary world, mobs spawn, but in my dimension (where there is day and night + light with fog) my monsters will not spawn, only standard mobs and only then when you stand for a very long time and load chunks. Before the update, everything was fine.
monster spawner doesn't work in dimension either
In the day time, mobs will not spawn, this is normal.
In the screenshot, your monsters are set to ambient, which might not work well with the ambient setting of the spawning type.
