A new Procedure called "Is Item Enchanted"

Issue description

So I am trying to make a custom enchanting table(After I finish I'll have a tutorial on how to do it) I need to check if the item is enchanted or not so I can't have unlimited amount of enchants on one tool

Procedure:

Is item/provided itemstack enchanted

Also if possible, is there a way that you can say that if the item is a tool?Because I want the enchanting table to work on modded items as well

You could tag all your tools under eg. tools tag and check if item is tagged in, though.

I did that but it didn't work

I suggest you open a new ticket for this if tags are not working.

Two, me and Matej, though Matej works mostly on MOTW, icons, testing and tutorials ATM.

That's just incredible that this whole program was created by one person

Also do you have plans on having new members to speed up the updates ?
