I have made an ore element and set it to spawn in the overworld at levels 10-4 and when I run the client to test it, none of that ore has generated. What am I doing wrong?
can you send a link of a picture with all the pages on that block?
you may need to select what block it needs to replace e.g stone if that does not work send the link
I changed it to nether and it still didn't work. I already did that, the blocks it can replace are netherrack and magma blocks. What do you mean by "pages" on the block.

you may want to edit the amount the average amount of ores in a group and average number of ore groups per chunk because 1 is way too rare. at least put it up to max to check if it spawns in then put it back down to the rarity you want
That's what I did, I put it to 20 and levels 40-4 and did a /fill command to remove all stone and I saw none.
thats because the ore you have made spawns in the nether go into the nether then you will find it
also please finish the texture as it will only show on the bottom
block model should also be normal
I have the same problem for the Nether generation.
I meant, I checked in the overworld when I had it generating in the overworld. And if you have the block model on single, you only have to put one texture and it copies on all sides.
if you have it on normal and select the left one it wraps i have never used it like that so
