(Site) Mod editing is weird

Instead of normal mod editing section i have a code like this "<b>Nice joke dude</b>"

It irritates me. What can I do with it?

I have the same bug with my cellphone, but with my computer and my iPad. I think they are only not compatibles with Edition Section.
