You'll have to make your own models for each stage of a cake and give them to blocks, and use on right clicked procedures to make them work.
how do I make the models? what is even the dimentions of a cake?

Don't worry, if you use windows, the "universal" link also works on windows. :)

With your modeling program of choice make the stages for each part of the cake.
Then make all the stages as blocks.
Make it so that when you click the first stage of the cake it removes the block places the second stage {You can add sound effects and particles when this happens if you like} and make it fill your hunger bar however much you want it to.
Pretty simple.
The modeling crawfish program is just a black screen!
