How do I increase render distance for mobs?

Title is kind of self explaining.

How do I increase the the render distance for mobs, without changing the size of the mob?

I use Mcreator version 1.9.1

It is called tracking range…

It is called tracking range. I suggest you to open a support ticket for option to change mobs tracking range.
