send information of the entity on chat of the player

Hello I need to know how to make a procedure do something for an entity and at the same time for the player because using current entity and send text to current entity does not work (example: when I hit a mob I want to know their armor or life points I already did for armor points but I need to know how to send them in the player's chat)
