Is it possible to edit and organize items and blocks in the creative tab because I don't like it being messy, is there a feature like this in the current latest version of MCreator?
Currently no. You can't change the position of your blocks or items in the creative tabs. For now, they just appear at the bottom.
We do plan to add this feature in the future updates.
When you do add this, can you add it so you can do the same for grouping crafting recipes?
