One thing we still don't have in Mcreator is the ability to change item/weapon/tool size
you can simply make a custom model
This is in the wiki search it in tutorials.
It does have that. You can use a custom modeler.
Last tutorial still applies to this, only difference is that you can access Json files directly from MCreator

Also adding this will be problematic and it will require 3D environment that will allow for adjusting position/rotation/size of your item
