Discord integratioon

Hi i need help with making my mod compatible with discord. I want to make something in the mod being triggered when i write a command in Discord. I would also like to know how i can make the mod then send information to Discord. I would like if this happened through a Discord bot and not the user account. Yes i know a mod like this already exist but it is outdated and doesn't send custom information nor triggers anything. Please help me with the mod and if you know how to make the bot then also please help me with it.
