I was wondering if it is possible to make, for example, just a helmet instead of making a whole armor set.
Well, you make the armor, but you can untick a box for each piece of armor and it will disable that armor. I think it still needs a texture though, but you can just put a random texture in there.

but when i create a backpack armor and untick everything except body every thing gone also note that i use custom model
