How to work on mcreator in different PCs ( I and an other person)

MCreator issue tracker has been migrated to GitHub.

me and a friend of mine are creating a mod on mcreator but only one of us has the mod on his PC and I would like to understand how to work on our mod also on my PC.
I know it may be a stupid question, but I need to know.
