MCreator 2020.2 won't launch. (Stuck at Loading Generator 1.12.2)

I downloaded the newer version of MCreator, but it won't launch. My cousin successfully launched it, but mine won't work even with reinstalling.. what's else to do ? (it's stuck on "Loading Generator 1.12.2")
