So there are some questions that I wanted to ask, can you guys help?
- First question: How to apply enchantment to a weapon in a certain slot of a player inventory in minecraft after an item is right-clicked?
- Second question: How to summon lightning around the player when a weapon is right-clicked on the ground?

I really wish that first one was possible, but unfortunately, you can only have the item enchant itself.
As for the second one, though, there's a procedure block in the world management tab that strikes lightning at a specified location. Just make that trigger when your item is right-clicked and you'll be good to go.
