Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Bedrock Edition)
So I installed the magic resource and behavior pack to Minecraft Bedrock edition manually, and so I am wondering if I can create mods for bedrock edition using MCreator

also, is there a way to mod for the latest version of Forge?
yes in the new snapshot
no, but the current creator mods work with the latest version.
thanks. Hey, do you know how to get a button in a gui to work? I am trying to create a Book that turns a player into a DM. Here is an image of the issue

do I need a world trigger or a separate function?
There is a on button clicked procedure trigger.
But keep in mind it does not work for guys not bound to blocks unless you use the new snapshot.
thanks

the needed trigger isn't in the snapshot. How do you get a gui button to work right?
when you create a button, there is a procedure trigger on the bottom of the popup.
yes, I did that, but when I tried it in the provided minecraft game, the button wouldn't work.
hmm..
try to add a debug text that prints something in the chat when clicked. That would help isolate the problem.
If the text works then it's your procedure's problem, if the text doesn't send then it's MCreator's problem.
nvm. It was probably a bug. Now I know that works, I am going to finish the first version of the Mod.
¿they can put as many things for minecraft bedrock as for minecraft java plis?
